Ok. But we arrived to a remote terminal which meant that a bus had to take us to the terminal building
Happy attentive flight crew. All in all good flight the night flight works well. Getting into Mexico City early so you don't get caught up it all the immigration and custom ques, additionally, this helps when exiting the airport and crossing the city to your final destination. All works very well and would do it again
Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico
No space reserved for anyone who didn’t have underseat in front of them. Made it inconvenient to get the backs secured. No inflight entertainment in the 190. Bring your own! Food was excellent and we were surprised to get a full breakfast.
No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.
Pros: "I like the service ,the food in thos fliggt back. Excelent"
Cons: "Better rules for people who put the seat back while we eating ,some crewmembee could say something"
Cons: "Plane delayed on tarmac on arrival. Immigration line was chaos with no staff helping to provide order. Missed my connection and changed to another flight the next morning - aeromexico would not pay for hotel or taxi. Supervisors were rude and dismissive, didn’t care about effect on my plans."
Cons: "El problema es que nunca pude cambiar mi vuelo y con ustedes fue imposible comunicarse para que me auxiliaran. Muy mal por ustedes no por la línea."
Cons: "We had frequent changes on our date flight, we also for paid 3 bags and on Aeroméxico’s site it appeared that we only paid for one of them, and lastly on the flight from Colombia to Mexico, one of our bags was opened without our supervision and there were several things stolen from it, the agent that we talked to about the inconvenience, her response was that the authorities could open and revise our bags without our supervision."
Cons: "The baggage fee was excessive probably because Kayak had a discounted rate. Next time I will just book with Aero Mexico, it´s the same cost anyway."
