An uneventful flight is a good experience although one of the pilots gauges wasn’t working right so we had a half hour delay—no one can foresee that.
Plane was delayed and got me in past bedtime. But more importantly, my tsa precheck number wasn’t on my ticket so had to deal with the general line. Oh well, guess the delay helped that situation.
It was as good as flying can be, which is still very uncomfortable. Clean new aircraft, great crew.
They were all very kind, but misinformed. We came from Idaho to Spokane, Washington and were told that my husband and I could get passes to sit with William until his flight took off. (William has special needs.) When we got to the airport we were told only one of us could sit with William, so my husband and I were separated for 2 hours as I sat with William. What is WORSE . . . is I asked for a meet and assist in Portland and they NEVER showed up. NOR did they call me to tell me they hadn't met him. William's grandmother in Portland is disabled and can't walk into find him. Fortunately, some kind citizens helped him to find the meeting point with me on the phone in terror. I have a heart condition, complete with prior heart attack, this type of customer service is UNACCEPTABLE.
Everything was good. The flight attendants were great. I was disappointed that there wasn’t any screens on the back of the seats to watch movies, tv, etc. I only had my phone to watch movies on.
I had a great travel experience with Alaska. The agents and cabin crew were all so pleasant and helpful. The plane was clean and comfortable. The connecting flights went smoothly even with some minor delays. All in all, it was nice not to be upset with the journey. I say that because over the last few years all my travel has been on Delta and American, and always involved cranky employees and flight issues. I wish Alaska flew everywhere I need to go. Will definitely fly Alaska every time I have a choice. Thanks for helping me look forward to traveling again.
Flight delayed due to engine issue. For 3+ hours still not on flight
Could have had more of a beverage selection than water and apple juice.
They only had one flight to my destination for the entire day. Six hour layover. Coming from their sister airline we didn't have any boarding grouping on our boarding tickets. Had to ask where we were within the grouping.
Flight was over an hour late, and we got notified every 15 minutes, beginning right at boarding, that it would only be 15 more minutes until we finally left about 75 minutes late. Of course, no compensation was offered.
Easiest flights I’ve ever taken. Plane was comfortable without overly crowded seating.
Terrible. Still have not received the refund from them. They sent it to some account that I don't even know. Spoke with costumer service and they are unable to help.
I didn’t like it at all. I miss my second flight because of the delay on Allegiant Air now I m stuck in MCO.
Good, but a bit late on take off after loading. Don't like charging for carry ons!
First time flying with them and will definitely fly again in the future. Crew was so nice and friendly, fought was seamless. They are simple planes, no entertainment, but it’s fine for a short flight or if you have personal devices Rates are competitive, and they did so well with keeping the flight on time after a tropical storm, where other airlines had delays and cancellations.
They boarded passengers that sat in the back of the plane first, making boarding very efficient.
I didn't even take this flight. My plans changed and I couldn't get ahold of customer service and the website kept breaking down during the attempt to change the flight. I wound up taking another airline entirely and eating the cost.
The worst flying experience ever 3 delays. No accommodations. Had to deboard the plane after being delayed.
Posted a 20minute delay but didn’t delay at all. Caused boarding issues and confusion. Also, didn’t release baggage. Took over an hour and 20 minutes to get luggage.
Flight was good, boarding was a breeze, flight attendants were friendly and professional. There was a medical issue with another passenger and the crew handled it in a calm and professional way.
