I like it when the plane have waited for passengers like us who are trying to catch the plane. Detroit was my mom's port of entry we spent too much time looking for our luggages at baggage claim which no problem. But then the problem occur after the immigration when the homeland security agents forgot to give us our passports which it took so long to find them and I was very anxious because we might not be able to catch our flights but luckily the plane to knoxville still sitting there and waiting for us. Praise the Lord for everything.
I took several flights that day, this was the only flight that was absolutely freezing!! It was so cold.
They changed aircrafts and they moved my seats that were already prepaid. I did not get the seats I paid for, so I got expensive seats that I didn't want
Good. Obviously there is a slightly condescending attitude of all American workers towards their customers but other than that all good.
Thanks for fixing the title of this question... the flight was a DELTA one marketed as a Korean Air flight. Which automatically makes it worse. The crew were actually rude in several cases and clearly lacked cultural sensitivity to the majority of the passengers (Koreans). This flight was also a minor heart attack before it started. Firstly, I thought I was buying a flight from Kayak, but it turns out they just acted as a front for this other company, UnderPricer, which took almost 24 hours to send a proper confirmation of the flight. We could not select the seats at checkout time either. We later submitted our seat selection to Korean Air, who proceeded to mess up the instructions to Delta, so our family was separated on the flight and our aisle seat was replaced with another middle seat.
It was a comfortable flight and the flight crew were lovely!
I won't hesitate to fly with Korean Air again and agian....if I can get a good deal.
The flight attendants seemed to be a little more grumpy this time. A350s could use more toilet stalls.

Seat width can be a bit wider. not nice that they charge extra for the window seats. online check in can be greatly improved. in other words, their online interface is bad.
Seats were comfortable with excellent legroom. Meals were also quite good. The cabin crew were excellent and very helpful. The check-in experience was also very smooth.

The headphone jack position was annoying, but that is a minor nitpick. The movie selection in the IFE was good, but the TV selection was lacking. Adding English subtitles to the Japanese movies and videos would have been very useful.
The cabin was hot. I was sweating during the whole trip.
The ehole fliht went smoothly. No delays. Bur the food was not good.
Just okay. Staff is accomodating especially at the check in counter and gate. Boarding was just fine. Leg room was cramped at economy. No entertainment, wifi is so-so. Cola in can given by cup, but rest of can was not given. At least give the whole can.
What I noticed is that when customers or passengers are asleep, they are no longer given food.
Flight were late each leg of the trip, seats were narrow and uncomfortable. Food was delayed and poor quality. Overall a bad e perience. I complained and was offered no offset or compensation.
I ask the crew to help me get my bag because I can't reached it she ignore me
ANA’s service was great, and the flight was nice and smooth . They gave us updates and checking in and boarding was smooth and easy .
There's just no way to sit fully upright and comfortably in these seats. There needs to be 2 more inches of room, and that's not something that only one person on the flight needs - the whole flight needs 2 more inches of room. If that means you sell 6 less seats, so be it. It's too close for anyone. Forcing people to pay for "premium" economy just to get "barely enough space to breathe" isn't really an answer to that.

The plane was in Moline all night. Consequently, we assumed an on time departure at 8:15am. Unfortunately, and as is the normal case with United in Moline, we departed 2.5 hours late. When the crew came, it was discovered that there was very little heat in the plane. Seems this should have been checked hours before the crew arrived. Then when we boarded and the plane was to be de-iced, the United de-icing truck was not working! We awaited the American Airlines truck. All of this caused us to miss our connection in Chicago. My suggestion is never take United Airlines flight from Moline. We have been disappointed 80% of the time and have vowed to not take United again from Moline.
Flight was delayed two hours. No snacks and no tv screens. My bag got stuck in Chicago
The aircrew was solid, the flight was chill, I had no issues. The gate agent was not the best. I was trying to use a military bag upgrade to move my bag from under the seat to the overhead bins and he told me there’s no overhead bins on the plane, argued with me why booking put a military member in basic economy (I don’t really understand this) and made it an issue to even try to help me stating I’d have to call reservations to get a bag upgrade. When every other agent with United can add it at the gate, this man couldn’t be bothered.
lots of delays the crew were unclear about where to pick up my carry-on, which they took from me to check in on the plane.
They needed people to check a bag, they did check my bag and I had to wait 10 minutes after the flight to get it it wasn’t too bad
Did not even get on board. Was told I needed an esta agreement. Was not aware of this when I booked the fare and not told about them
Cramped seats. Audio jack for the in -flight entertainment was broken.
Our flights were severely delayed, then canceled and we had to fly out next day with no sleep accommodation help. This led to our baggage being lost and the service reps after baggage couldn’t be bothered to help. They kept sending us to different counters when we were at the right counter to begin with. The only saving grace was the angel woman supervisor with blond hair who helped us put in a missing baggage claim.
The boarding system was all bogus - employees at the boarding gate were not sound like proffesional or may be possibly rational
I got an email in the morning of the flight 1/7, from Kayak, that I was rebooked from UA 906 to LH 430. Nobody at Lufthansa ot United knew about this. I went to both counters. at the airport. Also, Cheap Flights, who I booked the ticket through, did not know. I ended up staying on the United flight. But this was very disturbing, since I got a very late notice that I was rebooked to an earlier flight, I hurried to the airport to find out after a lot of inquiring that this was a mistake. Not a good Kayak experience.
After living in Europe for five years and flying with Lufthansa and KLM airlines, I’ve realized that United Airlines is now a budget carrier. The flight attendant are not friendly. The seats are not comfortable. And everything comes at a cost. I will be flying with KLM and Skyteam like Delta to the US going forward no doubt. United Airlines is not what it once was:

I traveled with my sister, however ,we booked a flight separately, and we don't sitting next to each other. The staff on the board where on the top of this unit they find us sitting together. Ty lufthansa team. U are the best
