They only had vegetarian food left on the flight which I wasn’t happy about. I didn’t get any food to eat at all.
Overall very poor. Flight was disorganised, staff were rude and this is my second experience with KLM that I've had baggage go missing. It feels like, if you are an economy customer, KLM staff do not show you any care. I shall never fly with KLM again. Worst airline in Europe

Transfer at CDG to connecting KLM flight to Amsterdam was a NIGHTMARE. LONG WALKWAYS, NO MOVING WALKWAYS, POOR signage, Have to take a train & No staff visible to help navigate the maze. AVOID TRANSFER AT CDG AT ALL COST.
Good flight with KLM, friendly staff. Food was good, had much worse on other airlines. Selection of drinks also good enough for us. Entertainment was also good. The economy seats are ok and that’s it. For a 12 hour flight I think a little more comfort in the economy seats in pitch and softness would be highly appreciated by the customers and can makte the difference.

There was fog in Amsterdam so many flights were delayed because of the weather. Air France knew that the flight would be delayed by two hours but still boarded the plane on time. Instead of letting the passengers wait at the gate we were crammed into the plane. It was uncomfortable. No refreshments were given. I couldn’t charge my devices onboard.
I tried to upgrade to premium economy anis seat online during the checkin process. The payment didn’t work due to a technical glitch on KLM’s website. I wasn’t able to change my seat unless I called Amsterdam. Since I was in Canada and there’s a time difference this wasn’t practical. So when I arrived early to Ottawa airport my seat wasn’t available and I could only get a middle seat in premium economy which isn’t great. These middle seats are priced at the same rate as an aisle seat which makes no sense.
The food & entertainment really stood out in terms of quality. The nasi goreng & chicken satay were absolutely delicious. It’s great that KLM feature international cuisine.

The flight was delayed so connection was missed. In Istanbul we were taken to a hotel and no one in the hotel knew so we had to wait hours in the lobby of the hotel while the airline and hotel coordinated. The airline staff is rude at times
Istanbul to Miami is a very long flight, somewhat uncomfortable, especially because the seating offers very limited space outside of business class.
Absolutely horrible experience. It's an overnight flight for over 5 hours and business class does not have beds!!!!! I had a slightly bigger than economy class seat that was broken and not even reclining correctly. I should get a refund for this flight as they changed the aircraft to a small one and that is not what I paid the business class price for!
Internet connection was very weak, did not connect at all. Seat comfort was poor, buttons didn't work properly. Overall not impressed in business class.

Cross Atlantic flight terrible aircraft TK10 on the way back : Old configuration tacky . The boarding in Istanbul at the gate fly TK686 was a mess unorganized , very rude ground staff . Overall never again

Good food and wine. Some of the Guy who are in charge to board Passengers on the plane couldn’t use the word “Please” to direct them drop their hand luggage to be loaded on Plane bcos he said the inside storage may not have enough room for all.

It is the worst ever airline. All employees I spoke with over the phone were pompous asses.
The gate information was never populated on the Delta app or the airport displays or the desk at the Delta lounge. We found at the last minute that we had to switch terminals and just made it to our flight. Even this we found accidentally by asking an employee at another gate. On board service was poor. Seats were very poor. All in all a poor experience. At best like a Premium Economy on other airlines

You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.
It was horrible the woman next to me was sick and I asked if they would change my seat and they said that they didn’t have any available. I sat next to this women for 9 hour and now I am sick .
We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.
Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late
Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.
Not good airline doesn't understand or recognize business class customers
I love how the airline gave accommodation as a result of my nine hour layover. The service at the hotel was great.

There were a lot of hidden fees I paid extra for my luggage at JFK which was my leaving point and I also had to pay another extra at the Casablanca’s airport for my carry on and my backpack which is insane, when i refused to pay they threatened to call airport’s security on me. And they actually lost my luggage once I got to my destination. I seriously will not fly with this company anymore from now on and I advise you to do the same
Check in process is terrible, only one counter opens to serve over hundred passengers, agents are incompetent and took too long to get passengers boarding passes. Supervisor is no help neither. On board entertainment 90% monitors were defective.
Check-in could have been a little early and I wished the airline would have serve some better real food rather than serving a very hard bread for a 8hrs flight.

Educate your crew members they need to understand what their job is and customers service and be human.
Comfort and organisational prowess of the entire crew. Baggage handling can be better. No had all my luggages after 6days of the flight.
