Flight attendant took good care of my mom as she boarded on and off the aircraft from her wheelchair. I did not care much for the food nor the movie options Available. I appreciated the increased legroom available in economy. This was one of the main reasons we chose the airline. Overall, the good value and I would fly again.

I stopped flying with United back in the nineties. Today's experience reminded me of why.
ANA was fine. LAX has some major problems. I needed a wheelchair and BKK and Narita were very good. I do have to remember NOT to tip in Japan. LAX however, was poor. first the attendant wasn't able to push me. The next person left me stranded in several locations. They would just leave me where ever they felt like; No logic to these locations. finally when we cleared immigration, they (there were several people who didn't seem to care about their job) left me in a large room with a baggage carousal. I tried to locate my luggage to no avail. meanwhile my connection was getting closer. I finally talked with Emir from ANA and he showed me to my carousal which was located a few rooms away from where LAX personnel stranded me. Emir also found a good wheelchair attendant to take me the rest of the way. Without Emir from ANA, I would still be stranded, given the amount of care shown by the first wheelchair attendants.
We have had better ANA experience. The crew are friendly.
Great airline all together - triple 7 for a short flight was a plus - lots of room
Seat width can be a bit wider. not nice that they charge extra for the window seats.
I was very happy with my flight on ANA. The crew were excellent and very helpful throughout the flight. The food was also very good. The seats were comfortable and had excellent legroom. The headphone jack position was annoying, but that is a minor nitpick. The movie selection in the IFE was good, but the TV selection was lacking. Adding English subtitles to the Japanese movies and videos would have been very useful.
The ehole fliht went smoothly. No delays. Bur the food was not good.
Just okay. Staff is accomodating especially at the check in counter and gate. Boarding was just fine. Leg room was cramped at economy. No entertainment, wifi is so-so. Cola in can given by cup, but rest of can was not given. At least give the whole can.

The seats are significantly more comfortable than US airlines and the staff are much friendlier. The food is also much better, as they are particularly accommodating to any dietary restrictions.
Could had been better if they include in their menu some western food.
They 7 seats in one row for Business class while most business class for other airlines are 4 seats in one row. the seat was narrow. the Toilet was so smell, dimming light, no water out of faucet. Terrible.
Difficult to access advanced check-in online. No way to understand why it wouldn’t work. Call center not answering. Email for answers took days to respond, Kind service at the airport and on the flight made up for disappointing service before flight.
Courteous and helpful employees. Comfortable seats and temperature of aircraft . Did not need squid in my salad but glad to have the menu information advising me of what it was
Everything was great, except the Wifi, but that's understandable.
The plane was dirty, there was trash in the seat pocket in front of me.
Food was excellent, the crew was exceptionally friendly, and the seats were comfortable. Bathroom were also kept very clean and odor free.
They woke us up 2.5 hours before the flight was over? Why? If I'm on a long haul flight I want to sleep as much as possible. Also, didn't mention the mattress pads in business class so missed out on using those. The western meal of truffle, salmon pasta was the awful. Had a different fish dish on JAL that was great but that pasta was a mish-mash of too many random things that didn't make sense plus dry fish. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Food choices were very limited. Taste of the dishes was average.
I liked all the informational texts. I always knew where to go and when .

Received an email the night before showing that there would be seatback entertainment on our flight. We get on and there was no seatback entertainment. And then it was a scramble to try to set up the iPads for the kids before takeoff so they could watch something for the four hour flight.
The reason I don’t fly United. No in seat entertainment for a long flight and inconsistent WiFi and entertainment available from my device.
It was 4 hours late. Almost missed my connecting flight no food or drinks on connecting flight. Overall terrible experience
It was a good flight. Nothing comes to mind about how it could have been better. It was a newer plane, seemed like a great upgrade from your older ones. Staff was very good as well.
The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.
The plane was clean. The staff was excellent. The flight attendants were very good. Enjoyable flight. Overall. The seats in the back are too small but, will always be.
I was at the back of the plane with earphones, and I could still hear the chatty flight attendants; I wasn't able to sleep at all.
My flight was cancelled and I was left to figure out where to find a hotel, something to eat and how to get a new flight at 11:30pm. Wasted a day. Thanks, Air Canada!
The flight to PHL was cancelled. They couldn't find luggage. Long lines, staff was disorganized, didn't care. Luggage still not found.
flight was delayed 6 hours for weather, then cancelled because of the crash in toronto, but none of the links to cancel or rebook my flights are working
They kept changing the gate (6 times in 30 minutes) and then left us on the plane for 4 hours before departure. Likely was the storm, which is understandable, but the lack of communication and the e constant running between gates at opposite ends of the airport really threw me and my friend for a loop.
Everything good except food! Much less appealing compared to trip from Canada to Asia…rolls and sandwich still semi-frozen, etc
Legitimately everything about this flight was awful, was also so delayed I never want to use air Canada again
Terrible all around. Flight was late and airplane was very uncomfortable. The crew were unhelpful and hid in the back. Did zero work. No entertainment.
Because I am quite tall a bit more leg room would have been more comfortable. Out of three seats I had the middle one, unfortunately.
I like the free beer and wine but not the delays to the departure time.
Never again flying economy on Rouge!!! Literally like sardines!!! Will try to change to better seats 3 seat arrangement only so so if traveling with family. Who wants to squished to stranger!!😖 Can’t say enough bad about this!!!
