Friendly crew. One seat didn’t have a window and another no foot rest.
Free WiFi was much appreciated. The only choice for food being a pepperoni sandwich was disappointing.
The food was good but for the landing we had to wait 30 mins for the other plane to depart to its destination
Food can be more healthy instead of processed. Crew was friendly and courteous. Our flight time changed so they gave us extra comfort seats which was very nice.
Starlink is a big plus and great customer service - boarding agent and the flight attendants

Good service because of wheelchair. Tight seats. Some announcements were hard to hear or understand. No directions for working the seat video or meanings of the icons. Coming into the country and changing planes was terrible with long lines and few desks open at the end. I had to go through twice because they found my tiny knife with fingernail scissors and file, when they scanned my checked luggage, and in order to keep it. I had to go through that long line a second time. Going home the luggage was checked all the way through
Everyone great! Did not sitting behind the flight attendant jumpsuit. Nowhere to put my bag or feet.

The check in at Kansai Airport was horrible. Check in didn’t begin until 1745 at which time the line was already at least an hour long. Given the time of year more consideration should’ve been given to the larger volume of travelers. Also there was an unnecessary sheet of paper that we needed to fill out when there’s kiosk machines available. As if that wasn’t enough, I was seated next to a teenager that seemed to have a panic attack or nightmare and was awakened when he began tapping my shoulder, then hugged his mother who was seated two seats away. I couldn’t sleep for the remainder of the flight after that.
The old Plane had not been cleaned properly in a long time.
Planes was old - business class seats looked like they were installed in the 80s

I have taken this flight many times. It is ALWAYS late. Every time there is significant delay (1-3 hours) before boarding. It’s very consistent. Even after boarding the expected landing time was delayed twice. The seats are very narrow and cramped. Food is barely editable. Considering an economy ticket often costs about $2,000 it’s one of the worst services ever.
Boarding was over 3 hrs late and we didn’t land until almost 1:30am
American Airlines was their usual junk service — but at least it got us down to LA. I was more irritated that while they codeshare with Alaska Airlines in Seattle, they could not out our flight on one of these, opting for one of the small SkyWest operated American Eagle flights — and causing a 14 hour layover. Which I accepted due to a $2000 difference in airfare — that said it was irritating for a flight that usually would have cost around $100 extra, if that.
nothing to complain about w/the food, and professionalism of the crew. i just cant stand being on a flight for that long of a time.
Everything was great from the staff to the seats and food. The plane was timely taking off and landing.. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (especially on such a long flight)
Good communication regarding any updates time of flight and flight delayed. The fight was delayed by two and half hours at eleventh hour. That was unexpected, especially when you international passenger.

Average. Newark is a United Hub, yet a flight that is early somehow ends up getting late to the gate. Newark ATC needs help badly.
Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.

Overall great. I was forced to check my carry-on backpack from EWR to BOS but it came out on the luggage carousel so fast I didn't even get delayed for my pickup.
Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined
My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.
The negative was the wait at the airport coming back. I checked my bags in, an hour before boarding and I get the notification that my flight was delayed. Rather had gotten the notification while I was at the hotel. Then it was delayed 3 x’s. Ugh!
Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.

Flight was delayed multiple times and I chose to switch to another flight that had a layover. I finally arrived 7 hours later than I was supposed to.

The flight from CLE to JFK was fantasti! Pilots and cre were informative and accommodating.
My flight got delayed for almost 4hrs and then it thankfully went to only 2hrs. Then we were told that there were no space for carry on bags and I had to get it checked... well I counted at least 8 spaces that weren't used and I was one of the few left that actually had one. There was definitely enough space and either the crew can't count or just genuinely are so lazy they don't want to do their jobs correctly and make sure that there ACTUALLY is no space.
Boarding can be more efficiently done by having the back row passengers board first. This way, the other people do the have to wait for front row passengers to load their luggage in the overhead cabins. Food is simply pathetic for the price I paid. Cleanliness is simply poor; my seat was full of crumps.

I book my air canada flight and i am an aeroplan card holder however I was required to pay for my first check-in bag. Terrible experience
Was nice to have plug in and TV screen on seat back. Didn't have either on rouge flights. Staff was excellent.
Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).
Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.
5 day of cancellations and errors. Several days due to weather and several due to broken planes. Nightmare
Air Canada did nothing for me when my flight got delayed and canceled and I had to spent the entire day in the airport and spend money on a hotel room, plus lose money on a car rental
I didn't actually get to take this flight. It was canceled and the automated system rerouted my party of four (including a minor and a person in a wheelchair) to three different airports. Since we had a three hour drive from Newark this was clearly unacceptable. For all of us to end up in Newark would have required waiting at least one day, probably longer.
