I love United was disappointed we had a two hour delay, however the Pilot did say safety first.
I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.
Food and flight attendents with positive dispositions and friendly behavior, more professional attitudes
Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)
We were Polaris passengers and found the service poor. The food was ok but the flight attendants were not attentive and rushed the service.
Very punctual. Comfortable plane and great entertainment options. The staff was very nice.

Average. Newark is a United Hub, yet a flight that is early somehow ends up getting late to the gate. Newark ATC needs help badly.
Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.

You ant watch TV if you don't have a device, the seats have more space, and the snacks are different.
Flight was empty so had a whole row to myself. Still had to wait to get the bag due to the negligence at Palm Springs departure.
Amazingly comfy flight - I had upgraded for a reasonable price and it was worth it. The food also was good.
Random carry-on baggage inspection before boarding for NO REASON. The crew kept talking loudly the entire time, making it impossible to rest. When I asked the crew for something, they said they would come back later but never did. It was an EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT and UNCOMFORTABLE flight.
Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.

It was good overall but the prices of snacks are ridiculous.
Flight was delayed multiple times and I chose to switch to another flight that had a layover. I finally arrived 7 hours later than I was supposed to.
Flight overall was good. Landing was a little rough, but could be attributed to the rainy weather.
Plenty of overhead space but forced to check my carry-ons both legs
Actually as my experience with air Canada from Canada to Newark it was crazy for me because it was a lot of delays which for me it shouldn’t be like that, but I was able to coup with it so that was my experience I hope next time they will do good on that thanks.
All was fine. Weather was a bit stormy, but nothing kayak can do about that! 😊
flight was delayed, there was open communication about the delay the delay pushed way past the posted delay time and
AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays
was wondreful! just let me know what airline im flying in advance!
I book my air canada flight and i am an aeroplan card holder however I was required to pay for my first check-in bag. Terrible experience
Was nice to have plug in and TV screen on seat back. Didn't have either on rouge flights. Staff was excellent.
Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).
Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.
5 day of cancellations and errors. Several days due to weather and several due to broken planes. Nightmare
