Delayed in taking off because no flight crew. The in seat entertainment was working properly.
Flight did not have seat back entertainment and the wifi was iffy.
The seats are uncomfortable, feels like a small seat pad on plywood.
Wifi did not work and they only served water, coffee, or tea.
Airline lost my luggage and set me back a day worth of travel due to having to stay in Denver to wait on my luggage
Great. Flight departed early and arrived early. Deplaning and baggage claim ww were quick.
Everything was Okay. I was disappointed our luggage didn’t arrive with us and came in a flight 7 hours later. Representative said the will be delivered to the hotel. They have not arrived 24 hours later
The Gate Attendant @ Gate B36 was rude The flight was good but the entertainment system was not functioning as expected. The snacks were ok but could be better The flight crew was excellent.
Had us delay to fix forward restroom only to have stop working so I had a line of people's rear. The entire flight.
cancel my non stop flight for no reason. And force me rebook 2stop flights automatically then get short time to catch my flight from Atlanta to Charlottesville. We missed the flight then ask me rebook again to another city Richmond which far away 90mile from Charlottesville. Spend all day for flight and spend Uber from Richmond to Charlottesville airport cause my luggage was sent to there earlier half day and my food was bad cause heat. Damn delta
Overall flight was as expected. It would have been better with a couple options for snack instead of only one item and if there was a TV or music as option. But overall satisfied.
American switched my flight to a 5 hour layover then cancelled my whole reservation with no notice and refused refund. Won’t fly with them again.

AA is fabulous. However , Iberia cancelled our Boston - Barcelona flight the morning of the flight - 9/16/24. This was almost a week ago and we have still heard nothing from Iberia/Vueling. Found out from a kayak email that morning that the flight was cancelled. Iberia Customer service reps wouldn’t help us and said to call Vueling. No one answers phone at Vueling. Terrible wild goose chase on DAY OF TRAVEL. AA came to our rescue.

The flight was delayed till next day ! They kept delaying every 30 minutes then after 3 hours they delayed it till next day. We kept waiting in line standing more than an hour to get the hotel and meal vouchers. There was no communication at all. Everything was bad
It was late, then the bathroom was inoperable plus it was very hot as well. Plane was very old
I was bumped to first class so I got some food. It was OK. Entertainment is whatever you bring with you since there are no seatback screens.
Another American flight delay. Gate staff was gratuitously abusive of anyone expressing frustration. This will be my last American Airlines flight
Horrible. 4 hrs delayed with no explanation for the multiple push outs of time. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly and air vent above seat was partially clogged. Bathroom sink did not work. Anything else you want to know?
