Other than being delayed 5.5 hours and having to get a hotel because I missed my connecting flight, it was an okay flight. No in-flight Wi-Fi or entertainment.
Flight areas delayed 3 hours , train in the airport didn’t work
Flight attendant walked away once they landed and we were forced to wait another hour after an already 3hr delay.
No overhead space so all carryons were checked. No internet.
The flight was on time and everything went very smoothly.
A thousand choices for movies and nothing to watch. I avoid 'R' rated shows and others with violence and sexual content, which results in a handful of flicks to view and I have them already.
I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.
Two issues. The plane was old and dirty. The armrest looked like an old car that had the vinyl rubbed off. The Seats in these aircraft are about as hard and uncomfortable. I want to tour Italy for a month and I want to buy a one-way ticket to Thailand but I will not sit in the seats these planes have. It is seriously stupid how hard they are.
The meals were mediocre and the alcohol selection was poor. I enjoyed the selection of movies and other entertainment.
I chatted with the captain before the flight, and similarly during the welcome announcement, he warned of a turbulent flight that may impact the in-flight service. However, once at altitude, he announced that the weather changed and he immediately turned off the seatbelt sign. But it appeared the cabin crew had already decided to take off this flight. They remained seated and then just chatted in the galley. The flight was fully catered, but only first class received service.
I thought since I upgraded my seat I would get some perks. Free water, free snacks. Free carry on luggage.
Boarding procedure is horribly slow. You charge me to check a bag and would not let me carry it on. Charged me to simply select a seat. Charged me for water. Charged me for every little thing on top of paying for an expensive ticket. Your seats are terrible. So uncomfortable, they don’t recline. No WiFi, no way to charge my phone. No entertainment. I mean you Offer noting and you charge for everything. Why would anyone want to fly with you again?
Direct 2.5 hour flight good. Free snacks and coffee, water, or soft drinks not available...bad.
Over 2 hour delay due to “weather” but all other flights were taking off with no issues. We felt lied to the entire time as well.
Flight delayed. Seat assignment doesn’t get assign until last minute. Seats don’t recline and very stiff
This was the best spirit airlines fight I have ever had. I take spirit up to 3 or more times a year and I am ready to be the Jared of spirit. 🤪 Best flight ever. Everyone was great. I hope my return flight is the same. When you're traveling with a 9 month old you need a different type of care and accommodation. I didn't ask the staff for anything but I didn't have any added stress.
The flight kept getting delayed until it ws finally cancelled due to weather. While the airline was able to get me another flight, it was not for two days, which meant that I had to waste two days of vacation. On top of that, the airline refused to provide any form of compensation for my inconvenience.
Had the comfy front seats. Flight was good . Flight attendants where loud and laughing for over a half hour . I mean loud. They sounded like the were at a bar , talking about guys, hair , and skin products. There was no food or entertainment on the plane . Brought my own
Spirit failed me in all respects and was blunt about it Left me stranded for 2 days I had to purchase another very expensive ticket
They charge you for everything. Even water. They accepted my dog as a service dog in my reservation. Then they asked for a DOT form that was impossible to provide. I had to pay $175 for my service to fly with me, that would protect me from death if I ate peanuts. They did not however, serve peanuts on the plane.
