Attentiveness by crew was very good. The seats were uncomfortable seemingly too hard with inefficient cushioning. This was verified with my traveling companions. Also the incline button was inoperable.
Courteous and helpful employees. Comfortable seats and temperature of aircraft . Did not need squid in my salad but glad to have the menu information advising me of what it was
Everything was great, except the Wifi, but that's understandable.
The plane was dirty, there was trash in the seat pocket in front of me.
Food was excellent, the crew was exceptionally friendly, and the seats were comfortable. Bathroom were also kept very clean and odor free.
They woke us up 2.5 hours before the flight was over? Why? If I'm on a long haul flight I want to sleep as much as possible. Also, didn't mention the mattress pads in business class so missed out on using those. The western meal of truffle, salmon pasta was the awful. Had a different fish dish on JAL that was great but that pasta was a mish-mash of too many random things that didn't make sense plus dry fish. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I loved Ryuichi Sakamoto's OPUS in the movie choice.
Too bad the plane didn't work after we taxied out to get in line for take-off. We went back to the gate and waited for almost 90 minutes for them to find a plane that worked. Waited another hour to board. When we got to Rochester we waited for over an hour for our bags to appear. The agent said they only had three people working to load and unload baggage. A one hour flight took an extra four hours. It would have been faster to rent a car at JFK and drive to Rochester.
Good legroom. Front seatback has best compartmentalization, netted pockets on sides of tv monitor for eyeglasses, water bottles etc. For Economy, best food across the Pacific. JAL doesn't skimp on quality to squeeze out more profit. No prepackaged items in plastic wrap. Cocktail service first with nibbles, Wine in your own 2 glass bottle. Later dinner service, more wine! Lastly, breakfast-lunch, more wine if you choose. Lastly, the friendliest most smiling crew across the Pacific.
bag dropped took over an hour. there was only one agent behind the counter. Definitely need improvements on food! crews were very pleasant n helpful
I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.
Crew was nice. Flight was timely. Seats could be better as well as the food considering it’s first class.
Left on time and arrived early this extending our 31 minute transfer. Bags made it also!

Most of my discomfort was going through TSA. However, the Delta seats had inadequate leg room and I tried my very best to connect to the wi-fi and it was a cumbersome process that finally gave me the info that I needed to sign in AFTER I had completed the flight...Why make it so difficult to use? That said I really really appreciate the pilot taking a little extra time to avoid a bad storm area and both landings in Atlanta and Orlando were flawless to my delight!!!
Delayed in taking off because no flight crew. The in seat entertainment was working properly.
I love my flight attendant Faith, always smiles always helpful. She makes the flight experience wonderful thank you
My return flights were changed by the airline and my preferred seat selection with extra legroom was not transferred to the new flights
I upgraded to first class only to find out that I still had no access to the sky lounge without a sky miles card or AmEx (something that should be emphasized outside of the fine print!) Also, no food or drink service provided during the flight, so I basically paid 4x more just for “free” checked baggage and a bigger seat. Not worth it.
Very dissatisfied with the fact that I had upgraded to first class for the second part of my trip only to find out that the lounge was still not available to me, as well as not having any food or drink service on the flight due to weather, so I lost out more than what I paid for.
Do not overbook flights and kick out confirmed ticketed passengers :-(

Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.
It was good no problems made it on time for the next flight overseas!
It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.
Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar
The crew was fantastic and the over flight was perfect as well.
