Boarding was chaotic(zones were a bit arbitrary) and we had to undergo a second check of our carry on bags and jackets at the gate...nobody was detained and nothing was removed just a waste of time as we already went through screening to get to the international gates .

it was good. the seats are super uncomfortable. No room for legs at all. but the flight was good.

The AA lounge at EZE was poor. Poor food options and poor comfort. Looked dated. The plane was old, chairs not comfortable. My entertainment sec teen was broken. Poor movie selection. I normaill fly Delta and use the Latam lounge.

Fine; flight schedule was changed the day before but they sent email and called me. They took care of the rearranged connecting flight well.

my tv was a bit broken, and so was table, so the food would keep falling, as the table was loose. they weight the carry on, and make me take out 3 magazines from the carryon, given it was minimally over the 10pound limit (which was a bit ridiculous)

Not enough legroom on flight. I was never offered the option of purchasing a seat with more legroom.

I had an 9 hr layover continuing on to Ushuaia. I expected to have to get my luggage & do customs but I did not expect Aerolinas Argentinas to make me sit with all of my luggage for 7 hours in the entrance part of the airport before they would let us re-check our bags & get back in where there are seats. People were sitting on the floor everywhere.

This is the worst airline I have used in my 30 years of travel. The boarding process was an absolute nightmare with endless lines. It took 4 hrs to get to gate while in Bunoes Aires. Also, they change flight times and gates several times leading us to go to multiple gates. Never will fly this airline again

Aerilineas changed my airport from aero parque to Ezeiza and didn’t take care of my transport. Seats were mediocre and ground personal weren’t very helpful. Too bad that’s the only option to fly to El calafate. Bad service, bad company

Better snacks options for a 3.25 hour flight . There was only 1 choice - a fruit granola bar .

Copa is one of the airlines with the best prices and super good service.

Food was not good, no options for vegetarian or gluten free

Captain and Crew were excellent. The Boeing 737-800 was showing its age. In flight entertainment system was sluggish and my Business Class seat on the outbound flight had some mechanical issues. Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.

landed in panama it was in terminal one. We had to take a bus to terminal two for customs. Then back to terminal one. It was very frustrating. Then, on the way back from panama it was the same situation. We had to go back and forth between terminals to check in and drop our bags and then to board. When we were leaving, we had to wait in line for the boarding area and go through another gate security process. They told the bottles of water and coffee were bought while in line in the airport after we passed the main security. Ridiculous (and expensive). A much better communication system is needed.

This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!

Copa performed as expected for the amount of money I was willing to spend for the flight; it wasn’t exceptional but it was not bad in any way either. The crew was good; friendly and straightforward. The food was airplane food, so no expectations there and the entertainment was lacking but that was my fault for owning an IPhone with a charging port that’s not compatible with the rest of the world. I’d fly Copa again.

Horrible experience from start to end. Copa costumer service is non existent. They treat you bad. Everybody tells you different information. We didn’t received our luggage in the 1 day stop we did even we they said if was not going to be a problem. They didn’t respect the seats that we had and spread our family leaving in between of two big people who didn’t leave any space for me and crush me from side to side. I’ll never recommend Copa to anybody.

Copa me elige como "voluntario" para cambiarme y poder enviar a una familia a la cual había sobrevendido los tiquetes. Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.

The seats are getting smaller and smaller. Very uncomfortable trip. More than in other airlines

The crew was amazing. The best in the last times. Great group of people.

Just some cookies and water. There could be other options for food.

On time. At least they offer a drink and a small snack. Plane was clean

Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.

No air in the middle rows. Had a hard time breathing. Was dying of heat.

I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

Well organized boarding, de- boarding from both ends of plane, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the departure was 90 minutes late.

Obviously it would be better if we had screens available.

Very bad organization to accommodate over compartment inside the main cabin. Crew was not helpful at all!

Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

The plane was fine and the crew was very nice. Even though we bought our tickets eight months in advance and had seats reserved, they changed our seats. Instead of being in seats 7E and 7F, we were separated and put in two middle seats away from each other. When checking in, the attendant put us in an exit row together, but 10 rows back from where we had reserved. But you have to be younger than 60 to be in an exit row. So when everyone else boarded we were moved to last row 33, right next to bathrooms.

Fiquei de pé um tempão para embarcar. Apesar de ser grupo 1 e ter prioridade e cadeira premium.Ficamos retidoa e os outros grupos entraram antes... Vai entender este método uruguaio de embarque. Voo sem internet e tv. Voo em aviões mais velhos da gol que tem esta facilodade. Economia??? Pior foi o desembarque. De ônibus e vários fingers libres, vai entender

Alimentação mto escassa. Pelo menos deveria dar a opção de comprar e o Wi-Fi pago.

I enjoyed it! In that case, I should have been offered this choice. On my first trip to Miami, I was asked to pay $320 for my luggage just for getting it totally broken. I cannot accept this situation at all!!!!

Be very careful of the initial low price because Avianca wil bill you for a carryon of $120 or a checked bag for $120. Also, be careful with connections because the customs entry process is slow and the connecting terminal is not close.

My whole return flight itinerary, 3 flights, got canceled without any warning to me because I missed one of the earlier flights 3 weeks ago

The connection time is too short to pass through customs and once you do clear customs the connecting flight is in another terminal that is not close.

They charged me $120 to check one bag and then charged me another $120 for a carryon. Ridiculous!

Horrible. I have been trying to speak to a representative to know why I was over charged but I get redirected to AI Vianca everytime with no results. Is there an agency that oversees airline gouging? I will never fly or recommend Avianca to anyone not that you care.

Almost we lost our connection from Bogota to Aruba 🥴 Because we get out late from the plane of Medellin

I was surprised that they didn’t offer drinks at least even though it was an international flight.
