This was our fist time flying Alaska Airlines. Overall it was a great experience. Ticket counter, gate agents and flight attendants were all wonderful. They all seemed happy at what they do and it shows. Of 4 legs, the onboard WiFi was spotty on 1 leg. The food in first class cabin was ok. Couldn’t get the text messaging notifications to work so had to rely on Flight Aware and the Alaska App. Flights were on time and uneventful. We would def fly Alaska Airlines again :)

Airline seems to have really gone downhill and have secured a reputation for being late and nonprofessional. How sad.

Good flight times. The app didn’t show all available seats when checking in. I thought I had to pay for an exit row to have a seat but there were actually 42 seats left. Then I had to get a refund and getting ahold of a customer care representative who was able to do that was very very difficult.

The first class crew was very attentive to any needs requested. As a diabetic a few extra choices for drinks would be nice. Plus at least one meal that would be diabetic friendly.

connection was tight as the boarding gates were very far apart. Made it when they were calling final boarding

They cancelled our flight at the last minute, then reassigned us to a flight where we were in middle seats. Their "food" was a set of crackers.

There should be a rating option of "n/a" for entertainment as there were no in-flight audio or video options for our particular flight. We want to give special praise to Flight Attendant Christine, who made our trip home very special with her extra attention to our comfort and enjoyment. Christine, you ROCK. You were an angel in our skies!

Everything was terrible. But in particular, we boarded about 40 minutes late, and when we landed the plane drove around for 20 minutes before finally getting to the gate. This combined 60 minute delay caused me to miss my connecting flight. I was supposed to catch a 1050pm flight. The next flight to my destination wasn't until 5pm the next day, and Alaska air offered no hotel voucher, so I had to either pay a ton of money for a place to sleep or just sleep on the airport benches. The worst flying experience I've ever had, horrible customer service or at least Alaska does a terrible job taking care of delayed passengers. I will never fly Alaska again, horrible airline.

Delayed multiple times going to Alaska and coming back to LA

Seats were really tight and the seat belts did not give enough slack.

I like in St George and prefer to fly out of CDC than SGU. Hopefully, they will continue the flights out of Cedar

Overall, it was okay. Seat was a little cramped. Would’ve liked more substantial snacks or opportunity to buy some.

Newer plane, relatively easy boarding, not a full flight and was told that we could not be moved up because of weight and balance issues. Otherwise, a very good experience.

Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.

I was with one of the last zones to board. It was kind of annoying to finally get called to board and my whole section was already on the plane. Clearly they boarded with previous zones. So by the time I got on board, there were no spaces for my luggage above my head. I had to put my luggage 4+ rows behind me, which meant that I had to wait even longer to get off the plane, since I had to wait for those rows to clear the aisle before I could retrieve my luggage and exit the plane. This also held up the plane cleaners, as they couldn't service my row until I cleared it, so they were all standing there waiting for me, while I'm standing there waiting for the other passengers to clear the aisle. Anyways, I wasn't in a rush this time, so I just waited, but I could see that being a problem in the future. Now, I could have checked my luggage, of course, but coincidentally, a friend of mine on the same flight got their luggage damaged (wheel completely knocked off) and was told by the Baggage Attendant in the airport that Delta doesn't "cover wheel damage" on luggage. This was disappointing to hear. I'm glad I didn't check mine through. If it were my luggage, I'd be highly frustrated to hear that. It makes me not want to check my luggage in the future.

The dear was very limited in space. I could put my water bottle in seat basket. Also, there was no inflight entertainment in the delta app?

Typically I give delta excellent reviews. Our flight was delayed 2hrs, I was one of the fortunate ones who were able to get to my connecting flight. Also, annoying that on the connecting flight boarding personnel make me put away a small bag into my carryon. It small enough to put in back pocket seat, why hold me and the line up to just push it into my carryon.

The flight attendants in First Class were mediocre at best. They did not take our tray away until we were about to land and only did so when I press the call button. The United person at the United Club was asked to get us our boarding pass since we missed the flight due in Chicago. She argued that we did not have seats on the flight given to us in Moline. Furthermore, she was adamant that we did not have a First Class ticket. After I spent much time with her trying to show we were correct, she reluctantly agreed. She was probably the most incompetent ticketing person I have ever met and I have traveled 3 million miles on United plus many additional miles with other carriers. United has definitely deteriorated in more than on way.

The plane was in Moline all night. Consequently, we assumed an on time departure at 8:15am. Unfortunately, and as is the normal case with United in Moline, we departed 2.5 hours late. When the crew came, it was discovered that there was very little heat in the plane. Seems this should have been checked hours before the crew arrived. Then when we boarded and the plane was to be de-iced, the United de-icing truck was not working! We awaited the American Airlines truck. All of this caused us to miss our connection in Chicago. My suggestion is never take United Airlines flight from Moline. We have been disappointed 80% of the time and have vowed to not take United again from Moline.

Awful. Worst airline I have ever been on. Crew were among the rudest people I have ever dealt with. United staff members were rude and disrespectful. My flight was delayed, causing me to miss a connecting flight. I understand things happen, but when staff start lying about what actually happened, that is when I have an issue. Just be honest, really it isn’t that hard. I’m being very honest with this review and I don’t find this difficult what so ever. In fact, because of United Airlines, my Christmas holiday was off to a really rocky start. As someone who has traveled across the world, it has only been United that I have had a truly awful experience.

Received an email the night before showing that there would be seatback entertainment on our flight. We get on and there was no seatback entertainment. And then it was a scramble to try to set up the iPads for the kids before takeoff so they could watch something for the four hour flight.

The aircrew was solid, the flight was chill, I had no issues. The gate agent was not the best. I was trying to use a military bag upgrade to move my bag from under the seat to the overhead bins and he told me there’s no overhead bins on the plane, argued with me why booking put a military member in basic economy (I don’t really understand this) and made it an issue to even try to help me stating I’d have to call reservations to get a bag upgrade. When every other agent with United can add it at the gate, this man couldn’t be bothered.

Short flight - no food understandable. Flight was delayed for over an hour. Overall, it was good.

Boarding always seems a bit chaotic. Seat spacing could leave more for leg room.

Terrible. Internet/kiosk glitch prevented baggage checkin. Line at ticket co in Ter was under serviced and did not move. Agents did not call for flight but rather allowed time to pass. Then told each person as they reached the front if line that it was too late to check bags so they’d have to rebook flights. At least 15 people missed the flight as a result of this incompetence.

After several delays and being rebooked onto a layer flight, I had to speak to three AA agents for baggage claim to get an attendant. All were in foul mode and reluctant to assist or offer any assistance.

Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.

Improvements in communication and empathy are absolutely necessary for American Airlines staff (top down). It’s like they are numb to the needs of their customers.

You were more on time than United. I'm so over united delays.

My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks

Seating was horrible. Small seats. Access to flight information and extras very iser unfriendly. Kept losing internet after paying for it. Staff in madison was as unprofessional and unhelpful.

I had a very unpleasant encounter with one man from customer service: he was extremely rude and miserable. And his condition was reflected on his decision to send me to the worst airport hotel and get an awful flight connection. My hotel shuttle had never arrived and I had to book another hotel. People served by other representatives got a much better treatment and deal.

I had paid for a seat assignment at the time of reservation but when I checked in the night before it wasn’t there. Had to purchase another seat.

So unprofessional. They changed my connecting flight to a time that made it literally impossible to make the flight with no way to contact them or reject the changes. When I missed the flight as expected, there was no one to be found at their ticketing counter and the phone support put me on hold for an indefinite time. Since they didn't have another flight that day, all sun country air personell had left the airport (this was at 7pm) and my only options were to get a hotel for the night and come back the next afternoon to hopefully get rescheduled or buy a flight with another airline.

I purchased an aisle seat but was put in the middle seat surrounded by families with small sick children (3). That can happen anytime and I was prepared. The ticket agent questioned why I hadn’t paid for my luggage and had to explain that 2 pieces were included with my ticket. I hate that nickel and diming attitude. Please inform your staff better.

I know the airline has been open for 40 years and the flight crew looked just as old. The flight attendants were not friendly and rude. They should think of retiring this crew.

The crew was friendly, but I only got a drink, no food.

Flight was late, boarding was a mess, families separated so they could make extra profit.

Terrible boarding experience at sea tac. Displayed on time departure despite being about an hour behind in boarding time. Boarded a bus to go to the tarmac to then board onto the plane.

Hidden fees everywhere while we aware of the fees but it quickly added up to a premium airline. From 12+ dollars to pick your set to $55 dollars a checked bag. No counter at the Portland Airport until 2 hrs before the flight made it so we couldn't get anything to eat before the flight. Pre checking your bags wasn't working on-line or at the kiosk, so we had to pay extra 5 dollars per bag for counter checking. So after everything was said and done, we ended up paying an extra $200. Plane was nice and clean plane staff was nice and attentive.

Excellent. Except seat C2 starting to be worned down. Very uncomfortable.
