Pros. Flexible, arrive really late, Upgrade my room without request
Cons. Service
Pros. This hotel is in a great location, walkable from the Route 128 transit station in Westwood. It is a clean, new facility and the staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful.
Cons. They have had a lot of post-opening bugs to work out. The room thermostats don't seem to work with the actual HVAC units, so you have to control the HVAC from the wall unit. Room was 81 degrees when I arrived. The water temp is too low (prob 110-115 degrees), which, with the open showers, makes showering a little chilly. The toilet paper holders are single-point mounted, and must make a good push-off stanchions, as many are now loose. I don't care for the food in "The Bistro" which is a little too "hipster" for my tastes. Food is also expensive: scrambled eggs and bacon, toast, coffee, OJ and fruit is $21. Most of these are issues that will get resolved with time.
