we had a car and used the hotels own parking lot. The problem is that the in and out system didn’t work at all. Every single time we went in and out the gates wouldn’t open and it required someone in our car to go into the hotel and get the desk to open the gate. And half the time the keys to the room didn’t work as well. Requiring you to go back down to the desk and get a new key. The front desk staff is wonderful and the doorman are wonderful but their technology is terrible.
Great location, helpful staff. Unfortunately still cutting room cleanup due to Covid. There was 1 microwave, 1 ice machine & 1 vending machine in the entire hotel - located in basement - yuk
Pros. I really enjoyed the value and comfort of this hotel while still having elegant charm.
Pros. Everything from check-in to helpful advice from reception staff was excellent. Bed was comfortable, location convenient.
Pros. Nothing
Cons. Everything
Pros. I felt like I got good value for my money. The room was nice, the staff were friendly and the location is excellent.
Cons. The only thing I’d have liked to have seen that was missing was a laundry room of some kind.
Pros. The location
Cons. Even the website saying parking was included, i guess when you book a reservation trough expedia or another website parking is not included.... they ripped me off 40 bucks when the week before it was included... Shady
Pros. The facility may look like it's slightly dated, but it is definitely well maintained and clean throughout. The staff was exceptionally attentive and I felt like they cared about me and my business. One example: Parking is paid, but I asked if I could park before checking in, and they ok'd it. But the card to the garage did not work. A staff member saw my problem immediately and came over and let me in. I truly appreciate that kind of attentiveness.
Pros. Location is awesome though not right on a metro line. Clean, great pool, good staff, rooms and bathrooms clean whenever I've stayed here. And for the price? Crazy good.
Cons. Not being right on top of a metro wouldn't be good for those not able to walk a little bit.
Pros. We loved the lobby and how friendly everyone was. The cleaning ladies do a great job as well.
Cons. It was pretty inconvenient that our room didn't have a microwave. And having to pay for parking seemed absurd.
