Amelie Apartment Hotel

The apartment was large and is in a good location. The apartment we stayed in were very spacious and luminous. Overall, this apartment is located conveniently, the house is in good condition, most of the necessary utensils are present. it was near the main tram and underground station. Spacey rooms and kitchen / living room. good location to get to the centre (take tram 71 to Börse). Friendly staff. Clean and chill room, kind staff, very rich frühstück.

There was no one at the reception at all during our whole stay. No one cleaned the rooms. We'd booked for three people but got only towels for two. Even the dining table only had two chairs. The third blanket and pillow had no covers. There was absolutely no staff in the whole house during that really short, 4-hour check-in period. We did not like the check-in process. Should be simplified. You can't get in if your mobile phone's battery is off. The furniture was worn, the bed was uncomfortable, the kitchen had really worn equipment, the towels had stains on them. Only half a roll of toilet tissue was provided for our 3-night stay. We could hear the 'neighbours' watch TV at night. We expected higher quality for the price. Probably due to the fact that it was not peak period, there was no personnel at the reception during the day or the night, and we could not leave the luggages in storage the day we left (check out is at 11:00am but our flight was in the afternoon and we had to move around the city with the trolleys the whole day). Uncomfortable pillows. a bit cold.
