Pros. Location and breakfast
Cons. To start the rooms are uncomfortable. I like carpeting on the floors for the noise and dirt. It was raining and our room ended up to be a dirty mess. The air conditioning was hard to work and we could never get the temp right. Finally, it was run down and they were remodeling. We could also hear the police tell someone to get out of a car.
Cons. So terrible and sketchy. There were strange men wandering the parking lot and when I when to my room it was in total disarray. The bed had recently been slept in with the sheets crumpled up to one side, all the lights were on, there were things everywhere. The staff was not helpful at all. the only good thing about this place is I got my money back and stayed somewhere else.
Pros. Clean. Easy freeway access. Frog and microwave in room. Staff available 24 hours.
Cons. Right next to train. Bring ear plugs
Pros. Room was nice and spacious for my family. Excellent location from beach and downtown area. Excellent value
Pros. Remote controlled air was wonderful. Very comfortable mattress!! Best sleep I've ever had in a hotel.
Cons. Construction was underway at the hotel so we had to park far away. The food was ok.
Pros. friendly, helpful staff....especially Alice!
Pros. Clean and comfortable
Pros. The room was clean and appeared recently renovated. I liked the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was a plus. I heard the train both nights as I arrived at the hotel, but not while I was in my room.
Pros. Free breakfast with all the fixins. Close to main street. Inside lobby had a fresh 60s vibe. The rooms looked redone.
Cons. Outside parking lot and face of hotel looking very rundown and tired. I don't feel like I got what I paid for. Could have gone to the motel 6 and paid a lot less. Plus some unsavory folk lurking about.
Pros. Walking distance to downtown
Cons. Some questionable people hanging around outside
