Pros. Bed very comfortable. Staff excellent — friendly, helpful and efficient. Appreciated extra touches like wine tasting, quality artwork throughout hotel, gift cookies left by valet, guest umbrellas. Would happily stay here again.
Cons. Only minor complaint was shower very weak.

Cons. Valet parking is the only option and therefore should be included in the hotel rate. I felt I was duped after seeing a decent room rate then learning it was another $40 per night to be able to park my car at the hotel.

Cons. The marketing of this hotel makes it seem like something special with it's art collection. The art pieces are few and not that interesting; it is really just a generic hotel.
Pros. The location is perfect. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. The room has a fridge, a safe and a small wardrobe for coats etc. the staff are wonderfully helpful and the hotel offers free morning coffee/tea delivery to your room.
Cons. Rooms are nicely renovated but the washroom is tiny tiny tiny and the room is dated. The couch ibarely accommodates 2 people and is uncomfortable, the pillows and mattress are old and soft. The only place to unpack clothing is the nightstand as there are no other drawers in the room.
