The hotel is a lovely place to stay and is central to great shopping, dining, and the views are incredible. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was extremely clean and all Covid safe practices were practiced.
Pros. Everything was a short walk or a quick cab away. I would stay here again.
Cons. For breakfast we had the buffet and food was not always available. This was a disappointment as it was a Saturday and an event was being hosted that weekend. You would think that the kitchen would have been more prepared.
Pros. Good location, friendly staff, nice restaurant.
Cons. The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair on the floor and in the sink. The coffee was not stocked/replenished from the previous guest. There were leftovers in the refrigerator and trash stuffed behind the TV. There was also “biological debris” (boogers) on the light above the bathroom mirror.
Cons. Finishings are old. Way over priced.
Pros. Was pretty comfortable stay. Excellent location with 15 min from Stanley Park, only few min till Canada place. Very nice view from the room. At reception always can top up your water bottle woth refreshing water with lemon or watermelon flavour. Also very mich enjoyed complimentary bike rode around park
Cons. Lift are very noisy, waking up in the morning
Pros. Prime downtown location
Cons. The hotel probably need to be refreshed. Better use of the dinning and the lobby will be great.
Pros. Location, location, location. Great value for the price. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great!! Many Thanks to Pavel for the excellent service!
Cons. I have stayed at the Pinnacle property in North Vancouver and rooms are a bit more modern but it is also a newer hotel. Overall, it was a great night in the city and a perfect location.
Pros. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great location! Pet friendly, they even included a special bed and bowls for my dog. They also provided treats to the dog every time we came back from walks.
Pros. Very nice and helpful staff. Awesome location. Nice lobby, restaurant/bar
Cons. I booked a king but got a room with two twins (or two EXTREMELY small queens), bathroom wasn't very clean and bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
Pros. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons. .the accommodations were only so so and paying $300 USD for a $100 room was a downer.
