Pros. Clean rooms, well equipped, modern TV, clean lobby, tidy work out room and clean locker/showers.
Pros. The room was nice, clean. The staff was friendly. The resort had construction going on (October 2018) but it wasn't a problem.
Cons. The location is right against Speedway which is a major road so it is always noisy with traffic. The wifi never worked. The location is closer to U of Arizona that the airport hotels but still about 3 miles from campus. There are hotels within a half a mile of campus if that is your destination.
Pros. Friendly staff, clean facility, nice rooms, great amenities and decor
Pros. Units are roomy and with the mini kitchen we were able to save some money on dinners (after they resolved the non working appliance problem). Staff was pretty pleasant.
Cons. We found out at check in that if you book through one of the online discount websites, you will incur a $10 per night 'resort fee'. Although this wasn't close to being a 'resort'. Ask for a room at back of hotel, rooms along Speedway Blvd or Road were very noisy at night with traffic. Stove top in our unit did not work, maintenance had no clue how to fix....my husband finally showed him were the wiring had been ripped out. Yes, they changed our room but it ruined about 2 hours and a family reunion dinner for us...they should have offered us something for the trouble.
Pros. Overall this is a great place to stay, we like the location, the staff has always been great, & the pricing has great value considering how nice the facility is.
Cons. Same complaint from last stay (this was my 4th stay) --- there is not enough H/C Parking spaces (there are 4). Our stay was for 5 nights & we were never able to use these spaces (again). I am H/C; this requires my wife to drop me off & park further away on the side. If I need to travel here on my own I will have to stay elsewhere as I can not walk that far & valet parking is not offered. The only other complaint is we wish there were more offerings on the TV. It would be nice if there was at least one cable movie channel on the line up or pay-per-view movies offered (source of income?). Overall, these two items are minor, but their improvement would greatly enhance our stay.
Pros. This place was so conffy clean and felt like home !! We booked one day and stayed an extra 3days! The staff was really friendly . the last day we booked for a 1 bedroom, we where in a 2bedroom. TheY told us that we could stay in the 2bedroom for the price of a one bedrooms.
