Great location and friendly staff. Nice spacious room, excellent facilities, and value. Spacious room, fast and free no-hassle wifi, very good value for money. No breakfast in the hotel. Very shabby equipment, smell, very noisy room. Laundry machine was broken. The rooms were not comfortable. Not so clean in the hallways. Very little TV reception. The room didn't get cleaned even once, bed is not comfortable, noise outside, and the toilet is not clean. Old and dated. Questionable cleanliness. The room was cleaned once a week. Some small things like the bed lamps were not working on one side. The rooms are a bit shabby and not the most up to date, but still comfortable. Local area is noisy at night and windows do not dampen it well. Very worn room, but that is common for old Trondheim hotels. Bathroom ventilation was underpowered, air got very moist after shower. One of the two bedside lamps was missing the reading light. No facility for car parking except for Trondheim Commune's poor public parking system. The kitchen wasn't very clean. The quality of beds and cleanliness of the room. No tea or coffee in the room. It works more as Airbnb. Very cold room, with an old radiator that wasn't on when we came. I turn it on but still it was totally cold. We were freezing. The old window. The room was in the attic and we couldn't use almost half of the room. We were walking around the bed like 'Kvazimodo' always watching not to hit the head. The door of the bathroom are opening the wrong way, and are next to the entrance door. There is no space in the entrance at all! Old furniture with marks of using. Old bathroom supplies (some of the towels were ripped on the edges). Floor without any covers. Refrigerator that was too noisy. Wish there was breakfast. There were furniture broken at multiple places in the hotel room and at our floor we constantly got shocked by the elevator button. Room only serviced once a week, very poor. Corridors were not cleaned and there was visible debris on the carpet. Hairdryer was so rubbish. It cut out literally after 10 seconds then took 20 mins to cool down. Drying hair was impossible. Shower leaked from where it connected to the shower head so showering using insufficient water shower cubicle didn’t work properly so the bathroom floor flooded each time we used the shower and had to keep a towel permanently on the floor. The shower cabin needs updating. There was not enough mat in the bathroom because the floor was slippery. Smell from toilet drains partly blocked causing water all over floor in bathroom. Bathroom not cleaned properly not with hair all over shower curtain -old and worn. Still under construction, furniture in the room was a little outdated.
