Great trip!
Pros. The lobby was large and clean. It was also close to Queens Quay Streetcar Terminal.
Cons. My first room had no closet and a tiny tub, even though I was told I was getting a large walk in shower and not a tub. Then my second room (after being moved), which had a closet and a tub, did not have a working phone - BOTH phones didn't work! It's a good thing that we didn't have an emergency!
Pros. Amazing hospitality. Staff incredible friendly. Food was amazing.
Cons. My particular room had very noisy HVAC unit. No sleep..............
Pros. Good location and very nice facility. The rooms were quiet and very dark. Great for sleeping!
Cons. There is a perfume smell in the main lobby. It is not necessary. Also, the breakfast at the insight resturaunt is overpriced.
Pros. The decor and overall look of the establishment, the politeness and friendlyness of staff.
Cons. Booked the hotel with my debit card (i use my debit as a credit card everywhere else). I was not told until i got to the hotel that my debit would not work unless i put down a 300$ deposit down, ontop of my 460$ stay. As a result of this, i had less funds to be able to do what i wanted throughout my stay in toronto.
Pros. Really enjoyed my stay at the Westin. Right by the lake loved the view.
Cons. Had some construction going on (but never interrupted my sleep) decor was a little older.
Pros. Great location, room was a good size, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly
Cons. Parking was $50
Pros. I love the view of Lake Ontario from the room and the close proximity to the Air Canada Centre and the Hockey Hall of Fame. Very cool to see many of the players in the lobby.
Cons. Check in was a little hectic because everyone was trying to check in early before the game.
Pros. The view, the Heavenly Bed , and the friendly & accomodating staff!
Cons. The rooms are ( especially bathroom) showing some wear. But still comfortable & nice.
