The staff couldn't be more accommodating!! They go that extra mile to make you feel welcome!! We have stayed a while and they make us feel like we are home!! One of the best in the city and immaculately kept with a reasonable cost!!
Pros. Excellent location, clean.
Cons. Staff couldn't bother to look you in the eye, much less greet you. Literally every single front desk staff acted in the same reactive manner--only saying hello in response. Linens were scratchy, towels as well.
Pros. I travel extensively for business, and my requirements are basic: A clean and quiet room, with a comfortable bed, and a functional desk or workspace. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I received excellent service from the front desk, and this friendly "can-do" attitude extended to cleaning and maintenance staff. I wouldn't hesitate to return!
Cons. There's only one elevator, shared by guests and hotel cleaning and maintenance staff, so you should plan ahead for possible delays (or take the stairs if you're on a lower floor).
Pros. Nice, clean hotel with comfy bed. Nice staff. Nice little breakfast spot off the lobby. Good locale.
Cons. No safe, no lounge (bar).
Pros. Easy walking distance to to all the attractions we were in Toronto to see.....Shopping, Hockey Hall of Fame, Roger's Centre, CN Tower, restaurants, bars, etc. Got a great price via kayak and were pleased with our stay.
Pros. Close to everything in downtown, good breakfast downstairs, staff very accommodating, clean and comfortable, reasonably priced.
Cons. Nothing I can think of. Add a pool I wouldn't swim or a gym I wouldn't use and add $100 night. You want exercise walk the waterfront.
