Pros. The people at Annex Katsutaro Ryokan were super helpful and friendly. They can help you to get around to see the sights and the location is within a short walking distance of the bus and subway. There are several good restaurants in the area and lots of cute little shops. It is kind of in a artsy area so I liked that a lot. I was very impressed with this Ryokan, it was a very nice place to stay for my first time in Japan.
Cons. I didn't know that Ryokans usually don't have heat. It was cold at night but they gave me an extra blanket.
