Pros:We were upgraded to a larger car at a decent price which we very much appreciated as we were traveling in a group. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful.
Cons:We were given a car that made a terrible grinding noise when the brakes were applied. It was very worrisome given that we were driving through mountainous regions and the terrain was very steep. We tried getting ahold of Thrifty for 3 days to complain about the car, sometimes waiting on hold for an hour and a half at a time, before we were finally able to reach a representative who could help us. During those 3 days, we estimated that we spent collectively 7-8 hours on hold trying to reach someone who could help. It was a non-stop barrage of automated systems, transfers and holds. Very frustrating to deal with when you are on vacation. They ended up bringing us a new car which was much appreciated but we would have preferred not to waste so much time on our trip worrying about whether the brakes in our rental were going to give out.

Had a windshield crack the first day (due to a chip impact certainly done during previous rental) and my car was changed without problem. Excellent support and I recommend taking the optional assistance.
Pros:Nothing we were told that there was no reservation and that no payment was received and were charged 3x the amount of money we were told this would cost.

where is my receipt? i need a copy for my expense report. no receipt has been emailed to me.
Pros:Vehicle was in good condition.
Cons:I was forced to pay an additional $13 per day because my credit card would not properly swipe. My wife had to rent the vehicle and add me as an additional driver. We were told my credit card number could not be manually entered, so this was quite frustrating and expensive.

Pros:It was the most comfortable experience: The staff, a woman, was so mindful that she made my family truly happy. The drop off was also super convenient. I was nervous due to the earlies drop off around 4:00 am. But, your request made me happiest on the first day of 2021. Trust in your customer was the best.
Cons:Do the same as you did for me. All will like your management.
