Pros:Nothing. When we arrived at 21:30 hrs to pick up car, the attendant was not there. We we were informed s/he had left at 21:00 hrs. I had informed the rental that I would arrive approximately at 22:00 hrs. There were also others waiting for same reason. We were all redirected to Hertz which was the only agency still open.

Pros:The agents were very nice so I have no issues with the staff. I have an issue with product availability, my reservation was for a Large SUV at 10 am, I was told they do not have cars so there is an hour wait, and I ended up waiting for 2 hours, got a different car and now I am having issues with over charges. The Agent at Chicago O'Hare, on 25 Jul 20 at 10 am, was really nice and he did have a nice attitude which I was surprised by since he was the only one handling both DOLLAR and THRIFTY customers. No Managers in site and or other agents in site to help out, which seems unprofessional and shows lack of preparation from the managements points of view.
Cons:Once a reservation is made, have those cars ready per the reservation. I, along with many other customers waited longer than an hour to get a car. But since my car was changed I am not having issues with billing, even thou I was informed by the agent i would not be charged the amount on the original reservation. I was charged accordingly for the other vehicle, which I had no issues with.

Cons:Return was not logged in until i called 3 days later. Spending 30+ minutes on hold to get a service representative suggests I am not the only one experiencing issues with Thrifty.

Cons:Cutomer service to extend rental for 2 more days due to family emergency. I ended up renting something bigger for half the price. In addition, I got charged for unlimited tolls but there are no tolls btwn Ohare and Chicago
