Cons. Lack of pool towels despite multiple requests for more.
Pros. View of the Arch was amazing for our girls!
Cons. Elevator was slow
Pros. Arrived Friday and they gave us our room early at no extra charge. The front desk staff was above and beyond amazing! Room was clean and we had upgraded to the arch view. They were "under construction " for remodeling on 2 of the floors but we never heard anything or saw anything. The ladies running the breakfast were outstanding and so sweet and energetic. It was all clean and very fresh food. Hope we make a point to go to st Louis again and will definitely stay there and recommend it to everyone. Thanks for having us!
Cons. Pool was a bit cloudy but there was a bunch of kids in there before us.
Pros. The location was superb for being near the arch. The staff was excellent and changed my room for the second night to the top so I could see the arch, it was awesome!
Cons. Room 500 "with an arch view". It was the back wall of the pool building!
Pros. I definitely liked the customer service rep named Andrew. When we arrived I told him that we were on our anniversary and he made a point to go and get us a bottle of Champagne. I will be definitely staying here when I visit St. Louis again!!
Cons. Beds!!!! Very Uncomfortable but the customer service, hands down made up for it!!
Pros. Absolutely every staff person was polite, friendly and always seemed truly happy. I made a point to tell the front desk person along with other staff that I happened to interact with.
Cons. Our bed seemed to send both of us to the middle of the bed.
