Pros. Hotel very nice. Food.Lunch in the sports bar excellent as was breakfast. The meal at night for the Fun at the Fair party night was served nice and hot. Quality of food was acceptable for the numbers being served.
Cons. Staff weren't very well informed....nobody seemed to communicate with each other on the smallest details, for instance I tried to pay for a breakfast before my spa treatment and was asked to queue at the restaurant - after a ten minute wait I was then directed back to reception where they then said they couldn't take payment....I was losing the will to live at this point...and time was running out so I went without. Spa....facial....amazing .
