Pros. Staff was real friendly and you could see they were happy with their job and wanted you to have a great time, the food was good, value for price was excellent.
Cons. Maybe if you wanted to be near Napa, but Sonoma has a lot of vineyards and it’s own thing.
Cons. We were shown a room at the Manor House overlooking construction. Room had a full bed and was dated. Had to leave and request refund from American Express and pay double for last minute accommodations. Front desk unwilling to help other than show us a room with the same view on the first floor. Would never stay here and pictures / advertising of hotel extremely deceiving.
Pros. Great hotel. We will def stay there again in the future. The spa was lovely as well.
Pros. Friendly staff, nice place to stay in Sonoma.
Cons. You could hear everytime someone walked up stairs from us, a bit noisy.
