I accidentally rented at the wrong location and was not able to get a refund even though I noticed right away. Even after I desputed with my bank they still would not give me my money back

The hybrid car wasn't available for pick-up. They attempted to switch me to an EV which wouldn't have worked. Forced me to pay extra on an upgrade for a gas car

The car was nice. The pickup took a long time. They tried to trick me into paying for an upgrade. The rectal price online was $60 for the day, it ended up at $120 without accepting insurance. That's crazy.

I was nit aware that I would need to have a 3,000 GBP hold put on my credit card to pick up the car. The alternative was to pay double the cost of the rental car in insurance.

The people who work for Sixt could have been friendlier. They were short and aggravated with no smiles, no "your welcome", nothing of the sort. Other than that, the experience of renting the car was great and smooth.
