Cons:Make sure all the extra costs are posted in advance not after the rental is booked and ready to be picked up.
The SUV was very clean and nice ride. Would like to have had a shuttle from the airport to rental agency. Other than that was very satisfied.

Cons:Kayak's interface booked my rental in Fort Lauderdale when all of my searches were for Miami Airport. This is absurd. How in the world would someone who's flying into Miami be able to get to FLL to get a rental car. It's an HOUR drive away. Pay a $100 Uber to get to a $140 car rental? Then, no one would let me cancel the rental once I realized I was booked for the WRONG airport. Not Kayak, not Priceline (which is ludicrous in the first place that the booking went through Priceline), not Sixt. You all screwed me over and it sucks!
Cons:The car reeked of cigarettes and so did the replacement.
Pros:staff was great! easy to work with
Pros:The staff was friendly and very helpful. On our 3rd day, we walked out to a flat tire. A representative was in the process of dispatching someone to come and change the tire. However, my husband was able to do it. The representative also made arrangements for us to exchange the car the next day (our decision to wait a day and not mess up our plans). We were given another nice car of equal or better value. The process was seamless. We were happy with the vehicle and the service. Will definitely use them again.
Cons:Drop off was horrendous at Orlando airport.. had to go to a totally different terminal then where my flight was departing to drop off.. tryin to get in touch with someone was a joke.. waited on hold for 1/2 hour just to be disconnected
Car was delivered with cigarette smoke and technical issues. This is after waiting for an hour and a half for a car (as apparently there was no car as per our reservation - and we were offered an alternative)
