They did it rent the car. I need a refund.

Handing over the car key and ask you to pick the car is not good. I was told that I have 10 mins to get the car out of the parking and forcing me not to check the car properly. Sent a mail asking for details and no response even after 3 days.

After 30 minutes of waiting in line they refused to rent me a car because I could not prove that I live in Canada - the country where I received my drivers license. I have no Idea why I have to prove that, Ideally valid documents should be enough, but the result is disappointing: I did not get a car, the company did not receive my money.

1. I booked a Jaguar XE 2. Was offered a Mercedes A Class 3. The agent tried to convince me that this an upgrade 4. The agent didn't offer me any other alternative 5. I asked for an alternative and he called the operations which offered me 2 alternatives; Nissan Patrol 4 times the rate and Mercedes GLS; 10 times the price 6. I asked even for a downgrade, they refused to offer me alternative 7. Finally after about 40 minutes I escalated to their supervisor who offered me a Mercedes CLA, again with no alternatives but I accepted since it was bigger than the A Class and I had mu family with me

The rental company tricked me into paying for the full cost of a tire even though there was no damage to the tire . The tire was really old and there was no leak. Plus they made me wait for 2 hours to come up with a final estimate of the cost. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I will raise this issue in consumer court

I upgraded my rental from a SUV class vehicle to Premium SUV on Kayak. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Sixt gave me a SUV class vehicle and said they cannot change the car has been assigned in the system. I feel like I have been scammed on Kayak for paying extra to have an upgrade which I did not receive.
