Car ($$) did not have apple car play as expected. Check in assistant was very rude.

Cons:Even i cancelled my reservation ten minutes later . Sixth cut my money as a cancellation fee. This was disappointment for me .
My worst experience in rental cars in a decade. I have rented cars across many countries and continents and ironically the worst experience was in Switzerland. There was missing information in the pick up. They lied about insurance of the car in the pick up. The insurance value was a daily amount and not a single amount like they mentioned. Also they overcharged 20CHF due to a reason they could not figure out at the dropoff and couldn't repay in it! needed to write an email to complain and still waiting for the money

Booked a car and when I got to pick it up the refused t honor reservation. Out of cars!!! 😡
Nice car. Diesel. 5 lit/ 100 km.
Pick-up was easy and everything thoroughly explained. Drop off was seamless except finding a parking space in Venice due to traffic. Would use Sixt again
Pros:Was provided a car (mini cooper) which is smaller than Peugeot 3008. Then stop upselling customer with another car which is similar size to Peugeot 3008
