Pros. Every staff member that I came into contact with had an amazing attitude! They were very helpful and positive! My experience was excellent.
Cons. Honestly anything that could have been improved has to do with timing of a pandemic, and I think would have been completely on point otherwise. The staff here is excellent.
Pros. The property and grounds are beautiful. The hospitality staff in the restaurant are first-rate.
Cons. We reserved a "king" room for a 3-night stay. After a full day of traveling we arrived at the property after midnight and entered a room with twin beds and a baby crib! There were exactly 3 hangars in our closet. On the final night we were awakened at 4 a.m. by water dripping from the ceiling (where the crib had been!). I moved the furniture and put waste baskets to collect the water. Upon checkout, we were offered a free breakfast for our inconvenience. Really???
Pros. We had an excellent stay. Very comfortable and easy to get in and out of. Well run. And we paid less than half of what similar Scottsdale properties were charging.
Pros. Clean. Sufficient and close to where I was going.
Cons. We were given a room very far away from check in and parking when they had many available rooms closer.
Pros. Beautiful pools and helpful staff. Luxurious rooms and a fun bar.
Pros. Price was reasonable
Cons. Super small room No garbage bags Terrible view
