The check in was flawless. The guy at the front desk actually let me check in two hours earlier which was much appreciated. The Sugarhouse area is beautiful and very high-end, but that hotel doesn’t really fit in. The elevator was dirty and I couldn’t get the bolt lock on my door to actually close. So I used that U-lock that would keep anyone from getting inside. The shower was weak and the overall fit and finish just didn’t do the Sugarhouse neighborhood justice. Honestly they should tear that place down and build a higher quality boutique hotel. Also, the parking lot is shared with a Chick-Fila so getting in and out of the hotel parking lot is absolutely ridiculous
