Pros. We've stayed in many hotels but the staff is incredible at this hotel. From the front desk, bell hops, cafe and cleaning staff everyone was very pleasant and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast was probably the best we've ever had. If you're going to Rome you've got to stay here.
Pros. Excellent location and view, our room looked out at the fountain in Piazza Barberini. Metro station is across the street, two nearby bus stops, and within walking distance of Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Parthenon, and even the Colosseum (30 min walk). Very helpful and friendly staff with great restaurant recommendations. Room was clean and comfortable with both a full and half bath.
Cons. We had a "suite" but the living area was not much more than a hallway, but the rest of the room was awesome.
