Pros. Proximity to CDG Airport.
Cons. 2 different Hotel Mercures being in close proximity of the CDG Airport, cost us confusion with our taxi, and were dropped off at the wrong location first, which meant we had to pay 2 taxi fares after dropping off our rental car at the airport... Even the knowledge that there were 2 in the vicinity would have made us more specific of a the destination by taxi.
Pros. Good service, great staff, clean room
Cons. No AC and no sheets & blanket, just a big comforter so it was too hot under it and too cold on top. I had to open the window to get some fresh air. The restaurant was way too bright and the menu had a very small selection. I almost went down the street to another but my son was tired

Pros. We sprung for the suite with a separate sitting room, and that was quite comfortable. The facilities were good, including a small fridge in the bedroom.
Cons. They have a shuttle to the airport but NOT TO TERMINAL 1 (which is the terminal for most flights for US flagged carriers). Because we had a lot of luggage we ended up taking a cab to the airport because we didn't want to have to go to Terminal 3 and then transfer to the airport train to Terminal 1. Also, there are 3 Mercures around CDG and it is often not clear which shuttle to take.
Pros. Staff helpful. Had scale to weigh valises in lobby.
Cons. Not a good food choice. I believe I booked for the other Hotel Mercure at the airport, but was booked into second hotel. Very difficult finding the place.
