Pros. Mostly quiet stay and wasn't bothered by anyone.
Cons. No Titanium Elite upgrade or benefits (except bonus points.) Definitely not a lot of people occupying the hotel during COVID. Hotel staff seemed soul-less.
Pros. Very easy check-in, comfortable room and bedding and nice staff. Can't ask for more in a hotel.
Cons. Not the hostels fault but the family staying above me was incredibly loud. I wish the staff knew to put a solo travelers room away from a family with children and an infant.
