It was a nice facility. However, I was greeted by rude lady in the parking lot yelling at me because the parking lot was full. She told me I had to park outside where you could get ticketed by 8 am even though there was other guest just parking anywhere. Next the hotel gave us a room with someone already staying in it. The staff tried to make things right and give us a bigger room, parking spot and free breakfast but the room smelled like an ash tray and I was charged for the parking spot. I also had to come back down to the lobby so they could charge my credit card again, not what I wanted to after a long day’s worth of traveling. I would find it hard for me to stay there again not worth spending my hard earned money being greeted by rude staff and a room that smelled like ash tray.
