Pros. I had a roof and air conditioning
Cons. The plumbing isn't the best. Toilet clogged the first night. Breakfast wasn't great. Somewhat smelly in the lobby. One elevator.
Pros. I chose this place for its close proximity to my family. After reading some of the other reviews i was nervous. I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff was personable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. If this place had a parking lot it would have been 5 star rating all around from me.
Cons. My only con is the lack of parking. Its a busy area with restaurants lining the street making parking tricky.

Cons. Specified a nonsmoking room and they gave me a stinky smelly smoking room and blamed some ambiguous online agent for making the mistake. I will think twice before ever booking best western again.
Pros. Staff was pleasant and helpful though I met 4 different employees and english was not the first language for any. Convenient to subway Felt safe in the neighborhood. DirecTV
Cons. Shower had mildew on tile floor and walls...needs to be re-tiled. My room was below the first floor and handicapped accessible (though I didn't need/request)...not sure if it was therefore seldom cleaned. Room was outdated

Cons. I was travelling with my parents who are seniors. Check in service was terrible. Staff Judy L was unpleasant and actually rude which I found unbearable. Room service is non existent. Such a horrible stay for us.
