Customer service by all staff was excellent with one exception. The food was disappointing, the barbicue by the beach was full of flies all over the food as well as in the buffet area. The variety of food was good but unfortenately again, flies sitting on the food in front of me prevented me from eating. The bathroom by the beach behind the Mexican restaurant was disgusting, not well maintained. The service at The Raw was terrible and very slow even though we were the only ones there at the time. It looked like the server was having a bad day!...Overall, my wife, son and I were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE OVERALL GASTRONOMY EXPERIENCE and feel that we didn't get our money's worth. WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THE RESORT.
Pros. The pool, casino, disco and French restaurant
Cons. You have to walk a lot to get to the places. The water park is on the outskirts of the hotel. If you are not a VIP member they do not take you on the golf carts. There is a lot of mosquito.
