Staff were friendly. Rooms were tired and carpet so dirty I didn’t want to walk on it.
The internet did not work.
Just feels… musty. But I got a good deal on Hotel Tonight. And it was close to the airport.

Pros. Easy to get to from the airport. The room was large and the free nt desk staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of parking. Nice snacks available in the morning.
Cons. Halls were very dark, and the bathroom faucet was old and difficult to use. There aren't many choices for restaurants nearby. The price seemed high for a basic airport hotel, but hotel prices in Portland are high in general.
Pros. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle service was very convenient, room service was very reasonable, and the view of Mt. Hood was nice too.

Cons. One particular staff gave me a bad experience; They were busy with checking people in and I understood that and I didn't mind waiting . All I bought was floss a bottle opener and ice cream. After a long period of waiting he was ready to ring me up, he had no problem finding the prices for the ice cream and floss but could not find the price for the bottle opener. I could see he was getting frustrated with finding it because he felt tension as the line for check in grew larger and impatient. He then said out loud "I'm just going to charge you 3.00 cause this is wasting my time" not only did I feel offended but I also was slightly pissed but I didn't show it I gave him my money and left. 3 dollars for a bottle opener and he said I was a waste of time because I wasn't checking in? Someone needs to teach him that customers that are checking in,already checked in , and customers checking out are all equal.
Pros. This hotel was terrific in every way. Comfortable room (if you need the accessible room like we did it is very well laid out), good food, free guest laundry, coffee in the lobby, nice gym, quiet location and most of all wonderful staff.
