Pros. The room was comfortable, clean and affordable! I only wish we could have stayed longer. I was especially pleased with Rachel at the front desk! We happened to mention we were there for my wife’s birthday and what our plans were. She made a mental note and went above and beyond by leaving a birthday card for her under the door. Her customer service was exceptional and we will definitely be staying there again.
Cons. The breakfast was delicious but would have been nice to have more of a selection, but really no complaints here!
Pros. We were able to check in a little earlier. They had a great breakfast.
Cons. The rugs, and couch could use a steam cleaning.
Pros. Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable although perhaps slightly smaller than I was expecting. We were on the top floor near the end of the hall which made our multi-night stay nice and quiet. We would stay there again.
Cons. The entrance is hard to spot at first and since the hotelast is on a divided highway, if you miss it, it'seems a nuisance going past it to the next exit, going back the other way to the exit and then driving to it again.
Pros. The rooms are comfortable. This hotel is not equipped with a larger fridge and there are not some of the amenities you find in other extended stay hotels. The hot tub was broke and we were never told of that when we booked or upon check-in, it was a surprise. The elevators certificates were out of date so that made us uncomfortable. One by 2 years! The staff was friendly..the buffet in the morning is by far the best part of this hotel. They offer far more options than a typical hotel buffet. Would definatly stay here again the proce was right.
Pros. Nice rooms, pool (a little small but not busy so it didn't matter for us) and whirlpool. Great hot breakfast. Close to highway. Excellent value for the price. If it cost as much as some other hotels in the area I wouldn't give it such a good review but for the price it's great. Clean too and we were able to check in a little early.
Cons. Sofa bed mattress is quite uncomfortable, though they always are. I thought little shampoo bottles were usually standard but not included here - I found my own but I assume it's available on request. View is not great - highways on both sides and a grungy pond on the other.
