Cons:We needed to shorten our rental from 7 days to 4 because of Coronavirus. We called 2 days before returning; the man told my husband they had no record of our rental!!! He tried again the next day and was told he couldn't change it; we should deal with it at the return. At the return, they told us we will have to call customer service, they cannot make changes like that. Of course customer service is telling us we should have dealt with it at the return!!! Is this the only company not working with customers during this unforeseen national crisis??!

Cons:The line was entirely too long at Fort Meyers. I waited an hour in line to get to an agent. This was a terrible way to start my vacation. Doesn't this company have automated kiosks to use like the other car rental brands at Fort Meyers?
Cons:the car was sanitized but not actually washed when I picked it up. It also needed new tires desperately.
Wanted to extend rental for 3 days. Called Payless # on receipt pamphlet. I was told it was Budget line and they did not handle Payless. When I questioned the pamphlet # I was told " must be a misprint. I then went to Ft Myers desk at airport and told me I had to "return car and re-rent" costing me 4x the amount $. She said I should have called the phone # to extend. I explained I did and she just said "I don't know what to tell You." I am owed app $200!! 601.622.1209. Judy Reagan

Cons:If when I booked the rental for RSW airport, the car was actually at the airport. Not 30 miles away and then they charged me more than double what I originally paid. Terrible terrible experience. I would never book through this again. So deceitful.
Pros:Office was easy to find and clean, staff was professional.
Cons:Car had high miles for a rental, had plenty of scratches, front plastic air dam scraped the ground on turns and bumps. Car was not washed or cleaned inside.
Pros:Although it was not at the airport terminal and we needed to take an Uber for pick up the staff was very accomodating and helpful. The whole process was quick.
Kayak falsely advertised my Payless rental as "in terminal" at Fort Myers, it was not, the location was 15 miles away without shuttle service and closed 10 minutes after I landed. I had to rent an entirely different vehicle at almost twice the price. Payless would not return my calls, I had to dispute the charges with Amex
