Pros:We were nervous from reading many bad reviews yet we had no problem whatsoever. Very good experience.

Clarity for shuttle service was a bit unclear, but staff was organized and car was perfect. Phenomenal service and no better value could be found.
Good customer service. But vehicle needed windshield washer fluid. I bought some and it leaked out . Need to check.
The entire staff is very nice and I’ve rented from them multiple times, and this time it was Lymarie who took amazing care of me! Thanks all and happy holidays!

Cons:Plan for this to add a lot of time to your trip. It took over an hour before I got to the desk at pick up and drop off. Lots of extra charges, including $80 for vacuuming.
Payless cancelled my registration due to issues with the arriving plane. No one listened, unfortunately. They said I had to go online and see if there was any car available, even when I was welling to pay any fee they requested. Customer service was poor.
Very satisfied
Payless always comes through, the pickup and dropoff process is fast and easy never any issue.. The payless cars are very updated and reliable, the price is always affordable and the deposit is always given back as soon as you drop it off, no extra charges or fees.. I highly recommend them, been using them for the past 3 yrs everytime i travel and not 1 issue..
