The recently remodeled units we stayed in were spectacular! Despite the big crowds at the welcome center, the check-in process was a great experience. We had everything we need, and the location was excellent. It has amazing mountain views.
Pros. Nice condo like apartment. Full kitchen, lots of room for whole family. Use of very close Rec center great bonus. Close enough to many shops, hot springs and restaurants in town. Very nice on the water, beautiful view of mountains all around.
Cons. We could easily hear the people next door when they were outside.

Cons. One staff member had poor customer service skills. He was rude and short. We had no shower curtain and he basically said we were out of luck. I called back and talked to a manager and a shower curtain was delivered promptly
