Pros. Staff were great and very helpful we were even joining in with their New Years celebrations. When we wished to visit the North of the Island (having been let down by a tour operator) they supplied a car and Driver (Dewa) the very next day and he drove us to Singaraja and Lovina beach the cost was under US $70 for the day. All in all a good visit
