The room is spacious, with comfortable beds and good bathroom. Breakfast is very basic, with few options, and coffee tasted awful. Service is good. The only bus that takes you to NYC (#127) is very infrequent (30-45 minutes on weekdays), and returning at night is not advisable (Port Authority in NY is pretty scary at night).
Pros. The staff was very welcoming from check-in to check-out and definitely cared about my needs! Had the best night's sleep, even better than a 4-star hotel (and it says quite a lot!) The room has been excellently maintained! Anyone traveling in North Jersey or visiting New York would greatly benefit from staying here since it's so close to the light rail and buses!
Cons. Just don't accidentally park where it says "NBPA." Arriving at night, you'll see those as your first parking spots - that's not for hotel guests! Looks like some people already started parking there and there was towing going on in the middle of the night. There could be larger signs to mark that, but that's not of the hotel's concern - this hotel has a perfect mark!
