Elevators not working mold in the room I mean mold. They wanted to force me to stay in the same one terrible!Someone needs reality check on this hotel there are much cheaper and cleaner places to stay.Beware parking is 60$1amd valet 100$ per night 35$ if you take a shuttle 2kms away!
Room are huge! I liked the separate living space kitchenette.
Overall excellent stay. Information was outdated and the free breakfast was still paused due to COVID, which was unexpected and a bit frustrating
Excellent. Would love to stay again
Pros. Spacious accommodation and the view was exceptional
Cons. Breakfast during covid was very limited
Pros. The rooms are good, very large and comfortable
Cons. They charge for valet parking, but it’s not valet. They don’t bring your car, instead they have you take a shuttle off site and pick up the car your self. Which is the same as their cheaper parking option. The restaurant staff are rude and lack basic common sense. During breakfast our party went and waited in line for a table. I was stuck waiting for another elevator, by the time I made it down my group was seated. The hostess wouldn’t let me join my group and forced me to wait in the long like even after telling her that we already have a table and I’m just joining them. Then later one of our party went to the washroom and (it’s outside the restaurant door) and they wouldn’t let him back in without a fight and tried to make him wait again. They’re power hungry and lack any common sense when it comes to how a restaurant works.
Pros. View and comfort of room were great
Cons. Way way too crowded and loud in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner). Breakfast was minimal and the process was a cattle call, eggs tasted fake and it was so loud that we left the restaurant as soon as possible.
Pros. Close to the falls. Clean room. Breakfast included.
Cons. Bathrooms need updating. Water pressure too intense out of faucet and toilet didn’t flush so well but they did send someone up to fix it.
Cons. Offsite parking cost was a bit steep at $70CAD
Pros. Location. Price
Cons. Breakfast chaotic. Parking expensive. Entry blocked by valet parking. Water pressure uneven
