We used this hotel as a place to spend the night immediately after landing at Narita Airport. It was perfect for that with a free airport hotel shuttle but the bonus was the breakfast in the morning being much, much more quality than expected. You wouldn't expect it with the room rate you pay but you will get it.
Hotel staff gave us the wrong time leading to wait in thr freezing cold for 20 mins
