Pros. The place is lovely, right inside the Nara park and next to some hills. The place is really clean, and the racks (i stayed in a shared room of 4) are spacious and confortable. The bathrooms are very clean as well, not cramped. I highly recommend the plce to anyone.
Cons. One thing I liked about it is that is away from the ceter area and right inside the park, as a result it is quite. Walk from the JR nara station, although a bit closer to the other station in Nara. I did not mind the walk there, but I was carrying a light backpack, so I throughly enjoyed my walk there, but for people carring big and heavy suitcases u might need a cab. Everything in the area closes around 5, so if u want food at night, u need to go to the center to find some. Other than that, if u like green and waking up and seeing first wild deer in the morning, this is the place for u.
