Pros. Continental breakfast was ok. The view from our room overlooking the harbor was amazing. The first room we had was very small, asked to upgrade second room was a lot better. Manager was very nice and helpful.
Cons. On the balcony they could have a little table to put food and drink on while enjoying the view. Both rooms I had tv was on wide screen and nobody knew how to change to regular screen.

Cons. I reserved a room with a balcony (and therefore, a view), but when I got there, I got a room at the back of the motel (It's not really an inn.) There was no view and the staff was not interested in the fact that I didn't get what I had reserved. For the view I got, I could have stayed at a much cheaper hotel. I feel like I wasted my money.
Pros. The hotel is located right on route1 with a view of the water and walking distance to downtown Mystic. They also offer free bicycles that can be used for the day. There is a restaurant/bar right on the premises with indoor or outdoor seating and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner which is very convenient if you don't want to walk or drive anywhere.
Cons. We had a king room that was on the lower level and opened out to the parking area, so not a great view. The layout of the room was also a little awkward with a fireplace right near the bed and a large jacuzzi that we did not use. They do have nicer second level rooms with better views and a nice balcony that was a little more private. Next time I would look to get one of the second level rooms.
